Gray Hampton Miller (born 1948) is a United States federal judge.
Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Miller attended Strake Jesuit College Preparatory. Miller then received a B.A. from the University of Houston in 1974 and a J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center in 1978. He was in private practice in Houston, Texas from 1978 to 2006.
Miller is a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. Miller was nominated by President George W. Bush on January 25, 2006, to a seat vacated by Ewing Werlein, Jr.. He was confirmed by the United States Senate on April 25, 2006, and received his commission the same day.
